The Chase

The Chase

The playful antics of squirrels are well known to all of us who’ve had the opportunity to view them in our backyards. For the less visible nocturnal flying squirrel I had to foresee what takes place after hours. Having never seen them in the wild I tried to imagine their frolicking behavior and this was my vision of a night in the life of the flying squirrels.

“The Chase” was juried into the 2007 Society of Animal Artists (SAA) Art and the Animal Museum opening.
