Any chance for Victoria to interact with wildlife in spirit, motion or daily life creates the inspiration for her individual sculptures. Victoria’s naturalistic style is enhanced by the use of unique specialty wood such as rare 1500 year-old bristlecone pine, found in the Colorado mountains as high as 12,000 feet.

"I just have to let you know how pleased we are with our new purchase. I can't walk by it without stopping and admiring "Downy & Ladies". And Rich, thank YOU so much for taking the time to get Perfect Perch - PERFECT. We will enjoy all three of our purchases every day - and we are so glad to have found you ten years ago at the Wildlife Experience. ."

“What first attracted me to Victoria’s work was her combination of refinement and rough natural beauty, all in a single sculpture. Any of her pieces easily demonstrate her capability as an exquisite wood carver, but she is also not afraid to leave well enough alone and recognize what nature has created. The beauty, texture and sculptural nature of Bristlecone Pine is presented in its finest form in Victoria’s work."

“Wendy and I were drawn to Victoria’s art several years ago and now have 6 pieces that spoke to us. They radiate peace, harmony and love. They make us comfortable and happy. They are part of our home.”

“The sculpture of Victoria Parsons is wonderfully-unique and imaginative. I don’t know how she visualizes what exists in the pieces of bristlecone pine which she uses to create her amazing one-of-a-kind sculptures, but she manages to bring amazing creatures to life from this beautiful wood.Victoria’s creativity is remarkable! and her work would rightly be incorporated into any meaningful art collection. "

"I love Victoria's artwork. I visited her home gallery a couple of years ago and was amazed by her creations. I purchased a burl wood/bronze piece and hope to purchase a bristlecone pine/bronze piece in the future. Her unique artwork fits perfectly in my home. This past year, Victoria opened up her home again to some of my visiting relatives who were captivated by her work as well. We are all amazed by what she can create from a rough piece of wood, and how beautifully she pairs her wood creations with bronze."

"I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Victoria on several occasions, both for commission pieces and acquiring sculptures from her collection. Working with Victoria has been an absolute delight from start to finish. Her artistic vision, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence are truly exceptional. Each commission piece I've requested has exceeded my expectations, reflecting not only Victoria's immense talent but also her ability to capture the essence of my ideas and translate them into stunning works of art. The craftsmanship and skill evident in every sculpture are a testament to her dedication to her craft. Victoria's professionalism and reliability throughout the entire process have been commendable. She communicates effectively, ensuring that every aspect of the project is understood and executed to perfection. It's evident that Victoria genuinely cares about her clients' satisfaction and goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional results."

"We started collecting Victoria’s art in 2012, and here we are in 2024 and just added our 11th Parsons, “Sitting Pretty.” Eight of our 11 sculptures combine bristlecone pine along with bronze birds, eggs, ladybugs, etc. We are decades long collectors of primarily bronzes but also stone, ceramics, and wood. What attracted us to her art was her compelling way of combining bronze sculptures with remnants of fallen bristlecone pine she collected from way up in the Rocky Mountains. Our fascination is getting a beautiful bronze coupled with a one of a kind piece of a 1500 year old tree, which melds perfectly into her composition. She does little to enhance the natural wood. The result is a timeless work of art that can never be replicated.”
